Salmon with Avocado recipe

Baked Salmon with avocado is a very healthy fish recipe. You can of course use any other fleshy fish for this recipe.

The ingredients required for this salmon recipe are

  • 4 Salmon steaks
  • 2 Tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tsp fresh Coriander (chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 2 Avocados (peeled, stoned and mashed)
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove crushed Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 stalks and bulbs of Spring Onion (chopped)

Spread the ginger-garlic paste on the salmon steaks on both the sides. Also season them with salt and pepper.

Lightly butter 4 foils and wrap each steak separately in the foils.

Place the foils on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minutes (or until the fish becomes flaky).

Meanwhile, take the mashed avocados and mix the yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic, spring onions, coriander and olive oil in it.

Serve this with the fish.
